Hi, i’m Michelle (aka ‘Mimi Ju’)! Mimi is my nickname and “Ju” means pig in Chinese. I’m just a big foodie at heart that’s passionate about cooking and baking! I love trying out new foods and experimenting in the kitchen. I’m also a mental health advocate as I have my own mental health struggles. On this blog, i’ll be sharing what I’ve been up to in the kitchen, my mental health journey and tips for taking care of our mental wellbeing.
